This is rare Halloween face changer prop i got years ago from sams club.It does work but not entirely right . He does talk but he may need some work or you can use him like he is. His face does turn and he does talk but he seems to bend down and change faces more than he should or i remember when i used it. It comes with the power cord.He is 35\" tall he is meant to sit on a chair he has a round base for that. he also has cloth legs that hang down. He def was one of my favorite.
