HashomerHatzair Emblem Pin
The pin is marked inHebrew with the motto: \"Chazak Ve\'ematz\"(Be Strong and Brave)
Made from coppermetal with a red enamel \'Star of David\' inside a wreath enclosing a hammeron a book in the center and not the scouts \'fleur-de-lis\', as seen on mostHashomer Hatzair Emblems. This unique motif is rare and hard to find. The design of this Hashomer Hatzair emblem wasinfluenced by communist and socialist workers union symbols as well as byZionist symbols: The prominent red color, the hammer and the \'Star of David\'. Theseall express the vision of the movement: the establishment of a Jewish nationalsocialist state in Palestine.
