These amazing originalhand painted cels of Babies Piggy and Skeeter are matched to their original paintedbackground and overlay that was used in the making of Jim Henson’s MuppetBabies. These originals are one of a kind that was used in the filming of thisaward winning television series. Muppet Babieswas a critical success during its time on the air: theshow won four consecutiveDaytime EmmysforOutstandingAnimated Program,1985–88, and won aHumanitasPrizefor Children\'sAnimation in 1985.

Included with thisimportant cel setup is a Certificate of Authenticity from the multiple Emmywinning Producer and Director of Muppet Babies: Bob Richardson. This rarecollectible cel setup is from Mr. Richardson’s personal collection and is invery good condition.

The episode that had thiscel setup in it - “The House That Muppets Built,” was written by the Writers KenKoonce & David Wiemers, which first aired January 2, 1988. Playing in thenursery, Piggy’s dollhouse is destroyed and she searches for a new one, whilechaos and comedy ensue. In this particular setup, realtor Skeeter is showingPiggy a new house.
