Here is a fairly rare Teniers style teapot in the Village Fete series,measuring 5\" tall and 8\" from spout to handle.I don\'t recall ever seeing another teapot from this unusual series in the past.It is showing people dancing to the fiddlers on one side and feasting and visiting on the other.This scarce teapot has crazing and some staining on the bottom,and a quarter inch chip on the bottom of the lid lip that doesn\'t show when the lid is on.Marked D2780 on the base.You may never see another one!
