Elegant and rareRussian antique gold cigarette case by Faberge workmaster, Gabriel Niukkanen. The case measures 9cm x 6cm. It has a cabochon sapphire thumb piece. Marked with the workmaster\'s initials GNon the interior of each side along with a right hand facing kokoshnik mark and town mark for St Petersburg 1908-17. Condition isexcellent with a little wear commensurate with age and use and a barely noticable very minor dent which could be removed for a jeweller if wanted.
