This is a wonderful set of 2 vintage1986 Louisiana/New Orleans Cajun Classics Gumbo Soup Bowls.Classic recipe/food names include:
Pompano en Papillote, red beans, cafe brulot, beignets, french bread, shrimp creole, pralines, shrimp remoulade, Po-Boys, Oysters Rockefeller, Jambalaya, cafe au lait, turtle soup, Oyster Loaf and Bananas Foster.New Old Stock; They each measure 4 1/8\" (5 1/2\" with handle) x 2 1/2\". They are in very goodcondition; no chips or cracks, never used; one has specks of color missing on rim from a production flaw.
