Richard Nixon and Japan Prime Minister Sato are imaged on the medal with the caption\"The Commemoration of the Okinawa Reversion Agreement\".
The medal also images all of the Ryukyu Islands on the reverse.
It weighs 10.09 grams, but is valued more for it\'s rarity and historical significance.
It was identified as gold by NGC, but it was not encapsulated because NGC needed me toprovide mintage data which I have been unable to locate anywhere on the US or Japaneseweb after several years of searching. I have inquired with Japanese coin shops in Tokyo,coin collectors in Okinawa, and coin shows in California. No one had any data on this extremelyRARE piece.
