This sale is for one limited edition (313 of 750 minted) medalist first day cover issued on March 8th, 1978 to honor \"The Quilt in America\". Scan 1 shows the front of the first daycover with the 1 and 1/4th inch silver token incased in it. Scan 2 shows the \"Certificate of Authenticity\" and the back of the token. Scan 3 is additional information issued with the first day cover in the case shown in Scan 4. It is in good condition because it has been stored in the black booklet it was first issued in. This is a rare item.
