All original and quite rare Laurel square form table lamp with hand blown Italian glass shade and factory blue enamel base. Condition is good but there are scratches and wear on the base and a few marks on the shade- pretty much limited to the corner in the close-up photo. Works just fine. Utilizes a lever lock to secure the shade which can be seen in the photos.
