This is #39 and does have some chips as shown, on the base of the chimney and on top of the hat. The chip on the hat appears very fragile and in danger of flaking off. This item will be packaged with care so it reaches you in the condition as shown. Postal insurance will be included. Because of condition, I will begin the sale at a low price.
