You are offerding on a vintage circa 1920\'s original two sided red and white flange sign bearing the message \"MEMBER OF THE CHERRY VALLEY TURNPIKE ASSOC\" with the U.S. Highway 20 shield logo in the upper right corner. This sign was made to be mounted outside of businesses on a section of New York State\'s scenic U.S. 20 from Oneida County to Albany by the association that was formed in October 1926. In very good original condition. No touch up or alterations. Normal usage wear commensurate with age as shown; a few scrapes and dings, some discoloration to lettering, minimal fade to red background paint in spots. Slight bend to flange, could be straightened. Being sold exactly as found without having been cleaned or otherwise touched in any way. Not flimsy, has a very nice heavy weight. Measures 7\" x 10 1/4\" with a 7/8\" flange. No maker\'s marks. Fresh out of an estate and offered here for the first time. Payment in full is expected within 48 hours of close of sale. Shipping cost includes insurance and signature confirmation. I pack and ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. No returns unless item is grossly misrepresented.
