Would make a great stage costume!

Pastel yellow Swiss dot sheer cotton.

Crazy puff sleeves!

Massive layered ruffled skirt!

Fully lined.

Metal zip up back.

She just needs a bit of TLC to be amazing!!

**Rundown of the issues: (all are shown in pics)

Stressed shoulder seams (most likely from it being hung, and the weight of the skirt pulling on it)

Each underarm has a tear, both are close to seams, and mendable.

A few small scattered stains, may do well with a soak, I haven\'t tried any cleaning.

A couple seam tears in the ruffle layers, not really noticeable when worn due to the massiveness of the ruffling, they get lost.**

Smoke/pet free home.

Zipped up & fit tightly on my 33/24/34 mannequin.
