This guitar wasjustfullyrestored and set-upby Jeff Babicz, who was the former head of production at the Steinberger Sound factory in Newburgh, N.Y. Jeffdressedand mirror-polished the frets,rebuilt the TransTrembridge and serviced the electronics,so the guitar nowperforms perfectly.The TransTremoperatescorrectly, and not only transposes properly, but returns to zero accurately andup to Ned\'s original factory specifications.

The GL3T configurationis arare model, as few dealers ordered Steinbergers that did not have at least onehumbucking pickup. Having three independent pushbuttons allows for any combination of pickups to be activated. A very versatile systemand anextremelywide tone-range configuration.
