Hard To Find Old Fashioned Christmas Dish With Lid

This is a rare Fitz & Floyd Classics Series, Old Fashioned Christmas dish that can be used for any number of things. I believe originally it was part of a cream and sugar set, but this is all I found. It is made of porcelain and has a doll, pig, soldier, presents and more on the lid and around the bottom. It measures 5.5" x 5.5" and is in excellent condition.
