Very rare, most likely one-off version of the already rare hanging cylinder bubble lamp. These were purchased 20+ years ago from a dealer who acquired them from a Herman Miller executive. I have never seen these ever, anywhere, so they are quite a find for a mid-century collector. A great example of Nelson’s Japanese-influenced modern design. Very beautiful with these lamps’ typical vintage patina that emits a very warm, elegant, flattering light. Excellent vintage condition. 19.5” tall, including base. Small tear in one as seen in photograph. I have always just turned it to the back, obviously. Could probably be fixed, but these are pretty much the norm to Nelson lamps of this age. Structurally perfect. Condition has stayed the same since my ownership. Happy to show. I would also entertain offers for just one of them.
