A lovely and rare Lucite coin heart with the inscription \"My Darling Wife SWPA 1944\" on the coin. This is an unusual piece because of the duo color, so many hearts were clear.

It is hard to find trench art, and there\'s only a handful of articles on the collectibles. Love Token Society is dedicated to collectors of Love Tokens. They were popular among service men in WWII to send to a wife or mother with endearing sentiments such as this.

Please note that this heart does not have a hole for a chain. Look at all photos closely to see the condition. There is a small surface scratch on the black side that may not be detectable in photo.
