This is a brand new Royal Doulton plate featuring Winnie the Pooh. This was purchased in England over 20 years ago and hand carried to the US on my flight. The top of the box is a bit ripped.The plate has never been used and rarely out of the box.On the back the text reads:The Winnie the Pooh Collection
