Battery powered remote control sub - made by MARX Toys circa 1950\'s - features light and automatically firing missiles (all are missing from this toy) - detailed litho is nice and bright with great color - measures 12\" long - some slight signs of previous play (looks amazing) - no dents or dings - I have tested with two D batteries and the toy does work - toy lights up and friction wheel moves freely moving driving the sub with no problem - only thing I am unable to test is if the missiles fire - with the original box which doubles the value of this great find - box has some creases, edge wear and a few tears - made in Japan
