The maker of this magnificent early 1980s era three stone row Bisbee turquoise bracelet was Mary Morgan who\'s retired now and well into her 90s. It features three gorgeous oval classic old Bisbee stones from the long ago closed original Bisbee mining area. Turquoise is still being found in and around Bisbee, AZ, and occasionally guided turquoise treasure hunts are available for turquoise hunters and tourists. But these stones are possibly as much as 40-50 years old andnatural.

Collectors prize Bisbee turquoise for its deep blue colors, hardness, and great matrix. These stones all ofthese desired characteristics! The large oval center stone measures 1 and 5/16ths\" by 7/8ths,\" and the oval side stones measure 1 and 1/16th\" by¾\" and 1 and 1/8th\" by 5/8ths.\" Each stone features superior golden brown and golden yellow vein matrix that give this trio of stones truly great character.

The sterling silver detail work in this bracelet is amazing. The artist used small lengths of sterling triangle wire to create 22 cloud designs and then mounted them nearly perpendicular to the bezel with hand made sterling rain drop bead overlays in between each cloud. She also added bold sterling silver twisted rope overlays around each stone, vertical pairs of larger rain drop bead overlays between each bezel along the outer bracelet frame wires, and hand made sterling silver scalloped rainbow overlays next to both end stones on the shanks. This is detail seldom seen in today\'s\' bracelets.

This stunning bracelet is1¾\" wide in the center, and its substantialseven wireopen bracelet frame with three different types and shapes of sterling wire tapers to a very generous width of 7/8th\" at both reinforced terminals. It has an inside measurement of 5½\" and a very carefully adjustable opening gap of 1¼\" making it suitable for wrists that are 6½\" to 7\" in circumference with little or noverycarefuladjustment of the shanks and/or terminals.
