In excellent to fine condition, with no dents, dings, gouges, repairs, deep scratches, etc. The pattern is crisp throughout. There are no monograms nor evidence of removal thereof. The hinges are properly fitted and not loose. The insulators are tight and show no cracks. The pot does exhibit the light, shallow scratches customarily found on re-owned silver that has been well cared for. It has been recently hand-polished to a splendid gleam and has little tarnish, which is predominantly confined to the underneath base (see photo) and out of normal view. The interior of the pot is substantially if not indeed entirely tarnish-free. Prospective buyers are encouraged to examine the photographs thoroughly to determine if their assessment of condition agrees with that of the seller.MY RETURN POLICY
If you are happy with your purchase, please let me know by leaving positive response and I will most assuredly reciprocate. But if you are not pleased with your purchase due to what you consider to be a meaningful error or omission in the listing, please contact me and succinctly describe all issues, in a hopefully mature fashion, before posting response. In accordance with policy, in situations where the listing is significantly flawed and the item is not as described, after receipt of the item in \"as originally shipped\" condition, I will gladly refund the purchase price and shipping charge and, in keeping with my commitment to customer satisfaction, will fund the cost of return shipping as well. HOWEVER, I do not give refunds in cases of \"buyer\'s remorse\" -- those situations where an item has been accurately described but the buyer regrets having bought it.This seller is a former member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and has received formal training by that organization, which emphasizes the importance of condition. In the photographs accompanying my listings I go to some length to illustrate condition. In the \"Condition\" sections of my listings I do my best to point out condition issues regardless of whether or not they are visible in the photographs. PAYMENT OPTIONS AND SCHEDULES
