I have owned this quality slot machine for 5 years and never has it malfunctioned. Bought for man cave and it was always a hit for friends to use while they were waiting their turn to shoot pool. There are 2 adjustment on the inside, loudness and odds level. The lock has been taken off so it opens quit easy. The only reason to open it is to adjust setting or get more tokens out of internal hopper. When you hit the big jackpot it goes crazy until the hopper gets empty. It comes with a ton of tokens, and I rarely have to open and get more.These machines get used a certain amount in another country and then cleaned, checked out and then sold in the United States. Lots of fun, need to sell for medical bills.
