Eachpiece was intricately sculptured, and then richly coated in 24 karat gold. ThePawn is approximately 1.5” tall and weighs 0.8 oz. The other pieces are taller and heavier. The King is heavy at 3.2 oz. Amazinggift!

I don’t see any defects besides anormal wear on the felt, which is of course not visible unless you place pieces lying down (?).

Please examine the high resolution picturesclosely for condition. Feel free to email me with any questions.Rare and in gorgeous condition.I don’t see any obvious defects others than those I have highlighted, but there could be some I missed. Ask me if you need additional photos.
