Dept. 56Original Snow Village “Old Chelsea Mansion \" #54903, introduced in 1997, retired in 1998. Charming representation of the New York home of Clement Clarke Moore,author of \"A Visit From St. Nicholas\" (“T’was The Night Before Christmas”) to commemorate the175th Anniversary of the poem. Statelybrick 3-story mansion with classical proportions has steps at the front entryand a door flanked by columns. Signature Dept. 56 architectural detailing makesthis a lovely holiday display piece. Packaged in originalstyrofoam box and cardboard sleeve.

Included: One ceramic lighted building (8.5 x 11.5 x 8\") and onelight cord with On/off switch.Please note that the 32-page illustrated hardcover book that came with theset is missing, so is NOT included.

Condition: Building is in excellent & veryclean working condition. This was stored in a basement that sustained water damage, so sleeve has warping and mildewstaining, but styrofoam box is clean and solid with no odors. View photos.
