Bright gloss glazed figure designed by L Harradine was issued in 1929 and retired from production in 1998 is 7 1/2 inches tall.
Figure is in very good condition, not worn, no cracks, no chips, not crazed, not stained.
Green Royal Doulton lion and crown logo and \"The Old Balloon Seller HN1315\" on the bottom.
