This listing is for a fabulous cast aluminum sculpture/maquette titled \"Bitch With Pups\" by Richard Beyer. This was made by Richard for the Warm Springs Reservation in Oregon, around 1975. This is the \"Heroic Version\". I have not been able to confirm that this commission was produced. Mr. Beyer produced many large commissions over the years and was particularly represented at Warm Springs Reservation. Here is the link to the website. He is now deceased. http://www.richbeyersculpture.com/. This particular sculpture represents a wolf, I believe, with 4 pups, relating to the wild and the involvement of man. It may seem that there is damage in the middle, that is an intended design, not damage. He worked in cast aluminum, but never larger commissions until later. Once he did, his career took off. Any item that is over $50.00 no matter what it is, will be sent Priority International, due to the loss of items that have disappeared. If the item is over $100.00 a signature will be required as well. This is due to the losses we have had from USPS.
