Rip Van Winkle, Illustrated by Arthur Rackham, Published in 1905. 51 GREAT illustrated plates by Rackham, 50 in the rear and one opposite the title page. Beautiful gold gilt cover that is also one of his illustrations. Very light cover wear, even the corners are still quite \"pointy\" There is a little bit of separation at the spine - of the page that has the title page illustration- Binding is still very tight but I would not recommend fully opening the book and laying it totally flat. Has an inscription inside the cover that it was a Christmas gift from a father to his daughter in 1905.
