Tonight I\'m happy to offer, from a recently purchased estate, Royal Doulton, Mid 1950\'s - \"The Balloon Man\"- 7.25\" Figurine.
HN1954 - L. Harradine - MINT CONDITION! - !
This graceful and elegant figurine is in excellent if not mint condition on inspection, I could not find a mark on the piece.
Designed as a 7.25\" figurine of a sweet old gentleman in a black coat holding a bunch of balloons. The figurine is in mint condition with no damage, repairs or restorations.
The figurine was designed by L. Harradine and in production from 1940 to 2009.
I would safely guess that the figurine dates from the mid 1940\'s.The figurine is marked on the bottom with the familiar Royal Doulton mark, Made in England, Bone China, HN1954 and the name of the figurine \"The Balloon Man\".
Royal Doulton has always been known for fine quality porcelains and this delightful and enchanting example will not disappoint even the most discerning collector.
