It is the first issue in the 1991 collector\'s plate series entitled \"Journey Through the Village\" painted by artist Mick Bensley. It\'s plate number 5223C in the edition of \"Rose Cottage\". Measures approx: 8 1/4\". Unfortunately, I do not have the original box or the certificate of authenticity. Nice, clean collectible plate
