It is entitled The Plan, and it is one in a series of four Surprise Outing plates from the Brambly Hedge Gift Collection. \"We thought it would be nice to have a surprise picnic for your Wilfred\", whispered Mr. Apple. \"We won\'t tell him what it\'s for, and we\'ll all meet at midday by the Palace roots.\" Mr. Toadflax was delighted with the suggestion, and went inside to tell his wife.
