This highly collectible is part of a series based on the iconic bulldog designed by Charles Noke for Royal Doulton. Jack is named after the bold Union Jack Flag that emblazoned across his back and directly honors the original 1941 model. Jack made a special appearance in the James Bond film, Skyfall, released in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Bond film series. To commemorate his standing role, Jack has the enviable reference code DD007. Made from white bone china, it measures approximately 3.75” high x 6” wide and bears the Royal Doulton backstamp. Great piece. Reminds me of Winston Churchill a lot.
If you haven’t yet seen Skyfall, I would High,y recommend it. Great cast. Judi Dench and Daniel Craig are excellent.
