Here is a hand painted fish plate by Royal Doulton. It measures 9\" across and has gold edge trim with raised gold filigree out near the edge. The artwork is signed by C. Hart; and the plate is in excellent condition. I see a couple of small utensil marks andthat\'s all. On back it has the Royal Doulton mark, and the word \"Chub\"; along with \"HB\". It is a wonderful collectible plate.
