Royal Doulton Egyptian Series Ware Jug. Depicts a cream glaze background with egyptian scenes and hieroglyphics. The collection was first introduced in 1911. When Howard Carter discovered Tuktankhamen in 1922 the words Tuktanhamen’s Treasures Luxor was added to the collection which this piece does not have so its an earlier and rare piece.
The height of the jug is 7.5” and its in good condition no chips, however there is overall age related crazing but otherwise great.
