Most items I sell are on consignment and come from local estates, and unless otherwise specified, areNOT in brand new or mint condition. Veranda-estate is a long time trusted seller on and a bona fide business, not a yard sale, and many of the items we sell are hard to find.

RETURNS: If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the un-used item in the same condition in which it was received AT YOUR EXPENSE to receive a full refund less original shipping cost. This applies to items with free shipping as well - the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. If the item is not as described or otherwise unsatisfactory due to fault of veranda-estate, the shipping amount will be refunded both ways.
