I have viewed some of the other Doulton \"Toms\" on the internet and I must admit that my Tom is slightly different in his posture. He seems to be walking a bit more with his head down and looking shy and pensive. The painting is very well done especially the face which is colored more subtlety than others I have seen. All of the appropriate hallmarks are present on the bottom, including the initials MS and also an HP. The only flaw are the flowers. There is slight damage to the petals. Other than that, all is just fine. Please view all of the eight photos to assess the condition and make your own assessment as to my Tom\'s bashful demeanor.
