Up for sale is this stunning Rare Royal Doulton Navy Blue Winston Churchill Toby Mug measuring 9 1/4\" in height by 4 1/2\" (at widest point). It is a rather rare blue color in which the artist Cliff Cornell has Mr. Churchill portrayed in a 3-piece navy blue suit and unusual red polka-dotted tie in a seated position.
