This is Royal Doulton\'s Series D2846 entitled \"Rural Churches\". It was introduced in 1907 and withdrawn sometime prior to 1936, so it\'s around 90-100 years old. It WAS in perfect shape until I chipped it an hour ago! This teapot, while certainly not rare, would make a great gift for your church - or a personal gift for the Pastor, Priest, Reverend, etc. Of course, YOU can keep it yourself for your own collection or a nice gift for a friend or family member.
