Shipping: I normally ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) parcel post or priority mail service, and will always use care when packaging the item for shipment. In most circumstances an item will be shipped within three business days of receipt of payment. I will require insurance on any breakable or fragile item sold for $25.00 or more, and if insurance is required, the cost is included in the shipping and handling price shown on the listing.
Payment: PayPal only accepted. Payment is appreciated within three (3) days of your purchase. Florida residents pay 6% sales tax.
Return Policy: All items are sold “as is”. In an effort to please my buyers, I make every effort to accurately describe the items I list, so please inspect the pictures I display and contact me if you have any questions before you offer on an item. I have a 14 day refund policy and will refund the purchase price only, excluding the shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. I will refund items that were incorrectly listed or misrepresented in the description; or if the item is damaged during shipping. The only exception to this return policy, is if a \"no return-no refund policy\" is in my description. The buyer must contact me within three (3) days of receiving the item. If you don\'t agree to this return policy, please do not purchase this item, as it is my desire to maintain a satisfactory relationship with my customers and want to avoid any misunderstanding.
Refunds - due to displeasure: If you are not pleased with the item, please contact me promptly (within 3 days). If we are unable to resolve the problem and you decided to return the item, the refund will be made once the item has been received back in the same condition that it was in when shipped and the payment has been cleared in Pay Pal. Return shipping in the original box is preferred.
Important - Please Note: No refunds will be made if there is a “no return-no refund policy” in my description. .
Refunds - due to item damaged during shipping: On any item sold for $25.00 or more, insurance will be required on breakable or fragile items. Breakable or fragile items damaged during shipping should be returned in their original packaging to receive a refund. Once the item is received back, an insurance claim will be filed and refunds will be issued upon approval and payment of insurance claim. To receive a refund on non-insured items, they must be returned in the original packaging, and the refund will be issued once I have received back the damaged item. Sometimes, it won\'t be practical to return the damaged item, so please contact me to resolve the problem.
Return policy will be printed on the packing slip: For your convenience, we print our return policy on the packing slip. Please refer to the packing slip included with the item you purchased for instructions about how and where to return the item.
