Dear Mr Campbell Thank you very much for sending the pearl necklace: it arrived only a couple of days after purchase, beautifully wrapped and packaged, at 8.30am - so you have a first rate courier service! Could I also say how pleasant and how helpful the girl I spoke to on the telephone was. Her enthusiasm for the necklace, and for the quality of your products, decided me when I was not quite sure this was the item I wanted. Cheerfulness, enthusiasm and courtesy are not often encountered in this kind of call. It was a real pleasure!
So congratulations on your staff! Very best wishes TJ G
Cheriton Bishop, Exeter, UKDear Mr Campbell Making purchases from half way round the world is always an interesting experience. You do the best you can and hope. I can say, with no rear of contradiction, that my dealings with AC Silver and Andrew Campbell is certainly worthy of Front Bench status.
The two George III bottle neck rings were of the first quality, and thoroughly described and generously photographed. The transaction itself was smooth and without flaw. Packing and shipping were without incident and arrival was exactly on time.
It was the \'poster child\' for an ideal transaction. Thank you LG, Venerable Wine Paraphenalia,
