This is avery unusual item – a saltern, made in Soviet-era Russia around 1950, andmimicking the style of late 19th and early 20th century imperial Russiansilverware. The Salter come with a stamp

The product that you are seeingon the photo ЮММЕТ i.e. \"Jummet\", Juvelirnaja metal andIt stands for I-O (Jeweller), M(Mstera) and MET (metal).

Standing on three small feet andbeautifully decorated, the item can be a perfect part of your collection.The cellar, are marked ЮММЕТ andRussian alphabet flow on other stamped.

Size

The saltis diameter 5.5 cm middle and 4.5 cm on top wide and 3.5 cm high. They weigh 60gr,glass 39gr and cellar 21gr although most of that will be the glass liner whichoriginal and perfect, which is shown on photos.

\"ЮММЕТ\"is a compound mark. It consists of two parts:
- \"ЮМ\" it\'s mark of jeweller factory of the town of Mstera (Мстера).Mstera it is the well-known centre of art national creativity.
- «ЕТ» it\'s mark for a designation of theses items.
