You are offerding on a very beautiful & Extremely Rare S. Kirk & Son Sterling Silver Repoussé Bottle /Jar Stopper. This stopper is early S .Kirk & Son. It is stamped with the early singular Son and the early 925 over1000 silver mark. It has the no.19 stamped which is most likely the pattern. This piece dates from the mid 1800s to 1880s . This stopper is very seldom found in the early S. Kirk Repoussé and is very rare. I\'ve been collecting for 35 years and have never found another anywhere or on the internet. It measures 2.5 inches tall from bottom of cork to the top. It is approx.2 1/8 inches across top . The cork measures 3/4 inches across bottom of it. This piece is in excellent condition . It weighs 4.36 troy ounces with the cork. It is a heavy sterling stopper that you simply very seldom find. A most for the early S .Kirk collector. I will ship this fully insured.
