TINA GARCIA (d.) was from the SANTA CLARA PUEBLO and the SAN JUAN PUEBLO. She was the sister of Greg Garcia and the granddaughter of Severa Tafoya. She was reknowned for her re-creation of classic Santa Clara forms in her pottery. Her pottery is traditionally handcoiled and very highly polished.
TINA GARCIA won several awards for her pottery and is listed in many publications related to Native American art.
This redware piece measures 7 1/2\" x 5\". It is in Excellent condition with no repairs, cracks, chips, etc.
