Fabulous Patricia Underwood hat/fascinator from her heyday in the \'80s in lustrous black and red straw. The black disc is 8\" in diameter (see photo). The red cap is 16.5\" in circumference, but is shallow enough to fit any head. In excellent condition - barely worn at all. Add a feather to it, or attach a large jewel or vintage bakelite button to the center to give it a completely different look, or wear it as it is - very minimalist and insouciant.
