Antique George W. Shiebler & Co. New York, NY, sterling silver .925 gold wash bowl, demitasse coffee spoon, in the 1891 Nutmeg pattern by the designer, Frederick H. Sloan, & IS monogrammed & engraved Xmas 91. I will let you decipher the elaborate initial monogram, but it possibly appears to be LMM. Thespoon measures approximately 4 1/2 inches long, weighs approximately .445 ozt., is stamped with the winged S Shiebler hallmark sterling, PAT. MAR. 8\'91 & the retailer H. S. & Co.Thespoon is ingood antique estate condition;NO DENTS OR REPAIRS.THERE IS SOME SCRATCHING, WORN WASH & WEAR CONSISTENT WITH THE AGE OF THE PIECE & NORMAL USAGE.
