This is an Original WWII Japanese officer katana Samurai sword. All original WWII civilian style mounts with leather combat covered Scabbard. The leather snap closure is torn off. Overall sword length is almost 39 inches. Blade length from Tsuba to tip is 26 1/2 inches. The blade is very nice condition with no rust , no nicks or damages and with some minor scratches and no dark spots or nicks . Very solid and sound . The tang is unsigned . Fitting are all original matching , Uncleaned and Untouched condition . Nice uncommon type untouched WWII Officer Shin Gunto.
