SILVER LADLE, LONDON 1794.

Maker\'s mark: Hallmark for London 1794(date letter lower case t) plus maker\'s mark GSWF.

Dimensions: Length - 17.5cm.

This is a superb quality antique Georgian ladle in its original case. The bowl is fluted and the handle is plain other than, to the top, an heraldic crest which seems to show a closed fist holding a sprig. Appears scarcely to have been used, a really immaculate piece. Silver weight is 59 grammes.
