Only A Select Number Of Franklin Mint Collectors Were Subscribers Of The 1973 Special Commemorative Issues Program. The Franklin Mint Commemorative Issues First Edition Proof Sets Were Only Produced From 1970 To 1976.

These Highly Collectible Rounds In The Set Are Comprised Of .925 Sterling Silver.All sterling silver proofs 24.3 grams each for a total of more than 26 troy ounces of silver.
