Beautiful French enameled bronze cloisonne holy water font 7,5 inches high by 3,5 inches wide which can be dated as late 1800\'s to early 1900\'s.

Heavy green onyx stone backing with a full brass back plaque with hanging hook. Center piece in hand painted enamel on golden bronze with flowery decorations and designs, topped with the Holy Cross. With a miniature portrait (1,5 inches high) of the Virgin Mary Queen of Heaven with halo hand painted on a porcelain backing and highly detailed in rich colors on a golden background. Matching ornate holy water stoup with a white enamel interior.

Antique and very ornate artistic piece in very good condition with minor signs of age and wear, some age stains on the backing and some small marks in the onyx stone.
