Each salt measures 2\"D on top x 1.5\'h with scalloped border and engraved design around the body.Marked on the bottom with English sterling marks, London 1851 , maker JA over JS into a quatrefoil (for John Aldwinckle &James Slater)The center of the box has a label for retailer HUNT &ROSKELL, LATE STORR AND MORTIMER. Jewellers and Goldsmiths to the QueenThe salt cellars come with matching spoons. There are 6 salt cellars and 5 salt cellar spoons, marked on reverse and shown on last picture.I have added a missing salt spoon (non match).Box measures 9.5\"D x 9\"Wx2 1/4\"H. The box closes tightly on top with metal closure but has some spots appropriate with age.Total weight of sterling silver 9.5oztThis set won\'t be sold according to weight.
