STUNNING ANTIQUE VICTORIAN FRENCH LUSH SILK RIBBED STRIPE FABRIC FRAGS 2PC :

This sale is for two very lovely antique Victorian era pure silk-ribbed striped sample fragments in shades of off-white and pale blue/white.....there may be the slightest surface mark on the blue fragment, but nothing that is major or detracts. The fabric\'s texture is unique and not one that is often seen. Both pieces have such a gorgeous shimmering quality and are so lush and buttery soft, including the slightly raised 1/16\" ribbed stripes throughout. They are most likely French in origin due to their utmost quality. There are no signs of deterioration or brittleness, rips, tears or major stains..... These are being sold \"AS IS\". Photos depicted have been taken in natural light with no flash.
They each measure approximately 7 3/4\" across x 6 1/4\" running the length of the stripes.
The white fragment has a tad less than 3/16\" original selvedge on one side. The width of two raised white stripes together is about 31/6\". The blue stripe in-between each set of stripes is about 1/4\". I only wish that I had yardage of this fabric, since it is stunning...I believe one will love them....
