Blade condition: in generally clean old polish, very healthy with no kizu / flaw or problem of any kind !

No Kizu/flaw, no hagire/crack, no blister, no bend, no chip, no ware/lamination separation,

mix with light minor light surface scuffs/scratches/stain here & there but & otherwise nothing further.

Mei: Echigo no Kami Fujiwara Ujitsune
He is listed in Fujishiro\'s Meito Zuikan as working ca. 1673 from Owari Province. More accurately, the Owari Toko Meikan lists him as the 2nd son of Wakasa no Kami Ujifusa. Wakasa no Kami Ujifusa was a son of Seki Kanefusa and moved to Owari and won attention of Oda Nobunaga. Wakasa no Kami Ujifusa worked Genki/Tensho from Owari. According to Fujishiro, Wakasa no Kami Ujifusa works have a wide body and extended kissaki,hamon is notare or notare midare, and is of \'intense workmanship\'. According to Nihonto Koza, entering Edo Jidai, 2nd generation Ujifusa was known as Hida no Kami Fujiwara Ujifusa. He was the first son of Wakasa no Kami Ujifusa. He worked alongside Sagami no Kami Fujiwara Masatsune in Owari from Keicho to Kanei. According to Fujishiro, Nidai Ujifusa work have a wide body and hamon is notare midare with a violent Soshu style.There were four successive generations of Ujifusa through Kambun, signing Hida no Kami, Bizen no Kami, Bingo no Kami.
